This jet utilises the power produced by the jetting unit in its most efficient manner, through its specially contoured internal geometry which ensures minimum turbulence and maximum efficiency. This improvement in efficiency produces a substantial increase in pulling power. The jet is capable of travelling approximately 30% further up a pipe than standard pipe cleaning nozzles at a given pressure and flow It can unblock and clean a variety of different pipe sizes up to 40 cms (16') in diameter. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi).
The small 7mm (1/4 ') jets are ideal for small bore pipes with tight bends.

6 m (20 ft) x 8mm (3/16') small bore plastic coated 350 bar high pressure with 3 rear micro mini jet
Designed to operate in conjunction with Harbens range of 'P' type units to remove silt from the bottom of pipes.

3 m (10 ft) x1/2" BSP threads. An essential safety accessory used when cleaning drains, sewer and pipes and fitted between the cleaning nozzle and Drain Jet Extension. As soon as the coloured hose is seen emerging
from the pipe the operator knows he has to switch the machine down.
Otherwise the jet would emerge live and could cause injury to anyone in the vicinity. The use of a safety leader hose also reduces main hose wear.

Harben manufacturer a range of Drain Jet Extensions designed to help centralise the jet within the pipe and more importantly to prevent the jet from doubling back in the pipe and working back towards the operator
Drain Jet Extensions come in two different diameters: 1/2" and 3/4 " to suit different flow machines.
Lengths available 23 cms (9") 30 cms (121 45 cms (181 60 cms (24') and 90 cms (36").

The lightweight, low cost unit with no moving parts, runs on the Venturi principle and can pump out dirty water, sludge, effluent and solid at extremely quickrates, making it an ideal emergency tool for the cleaning contractor.
Any flooded area, such as a basement or a manhole, can be effectively pumped out using the Jet Pump.
The method of operation is simplicity inself!

The operator connects the high pressure hose from the jetting unit to the inlet connector on the jet pump base. This leads, via an annular chamber in the body, to a nozzle tube containing a seires of jets which direct high velocity water upwards into the delivery helliflex hose. This creates a vacuum at the jet pump inlet and sludge, water and solids are entrained and pumped away.
